Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Digitized X-rays allow us to quickly capture the needed image, with a fraction of the radiation exposure to our patients. The pictures come out enlarged on flat screen monitors and can be enhanced to facilitate the explanation of all aspects of the problems and treatment. The patient leaves the office with a sound understanding of their problem and a good visual of the status of their teeth.
An in office Panorexe (panoramic X rays) machine , allows us to better visualize the oral and facial structure and evaluate instantly the quality of bone. The patient does not have to be referred to any other imaging facility and can get his /her answers without delays.
The hand-pieces (commonly known as dental drills) are all noise reduced and all equipped with fiberoptic lights . With this added “inside the mouth” source of light, the doctor has an enhanced vision of the teeth treated. This will translate into a better treatment for the patient. We are currently exploring the possibility of installing an in house Head and neck MRI for further enhancement of our treatment plans. We hope we will have it installed and running early next fall.
We carry a vast inventory of several kinds of conventional implants and MDI (S) as well as a large variety of bone grafting materials. Our bulk purchase allows securing lower wholesale prices and passing on the savings to our patients. An added benefit is that the patient doesn’t have to wait for different parts to be ordered and shipped from the companies.
We have sub- contracted with a close by dental laboratory that works exclusively and round the clock on our patients’ high precision Prosthesis and crowns and bridges. This virtually in house laboratory produces the highest quality porcelain and esthetic crowns in record times. This allows us to start and finish cases rapidly (in some instances in the same day), and allows us to guarantee the quality of the work.
All implants are placed under strict sterilized conditions. Sterilized gowns and surgical gloves as well as surgery room type prepping of the patients are part of our routine. And exceed the recommended standard of care.
All equipments are subject to strict sterilization . All our sterilizers are new, routinely inspected and regularly (Bi-weekly) tested by an independent company. All inspections results become part of our public records and can be provided to any curious patient.
I could spend a few more lines describing the large and comfortable dental chairs and the nice friendly atmosphere that our well trained friendly staff provides but that’s too redundant.
We have a sound understanding of all the insurances and will determine the patient’s benefits and qualifications over the phone prior to the patient’s first visit. This way our patient knows ahead of time what to expect financially. They are not surprised by any hidden fees. Our billing department will electronically submit patients’ X rays and claims and therefore speed up the treatment process and eliminate a lot of the pre-authorization time lags.
All our prices are well studied. The aim from the beginning is to make high end dental procedures as affordable as possible. We are trying to make implants and implants related technologies as accessible as possible to almost everyone. All treatment plans are curtailed to individual needs. We have an implant treatment for every budget.
