While still maintaining a practice in Philadelphia, at the urge of some friends and family he started Oral Dental Care in the heart of Brooklyn, New York. His aim was to start a practice that will focus on all aspects of Dental Implants. Again the Mini Dental Implants became a cornerstone of the practice. Many patients flocked from all corners of the Tri- State area, Dr Farha had the opportunity, recently to showcase the system on FOX News (2005).

Ever since IMTEC received FDA approval for long term stabilization of the MDI, Dr Tony has been closely associated with the MDI. He has one of the oldest and largest recorded data base on the efficiency and longevity of the MDI. He has recently started to use and expand the system, in the areas of fixed crowns and bridges and immediate crown restorations. His efforts have been widely recognized by the IMTEC Corporation. He has been asked to I nstruct and Teach the MDI application to fellow dentists.

Dr Tony’s love for practical research and innovation was demonstrated earlier on at NYU Dental School where he received several research grants in Oral Pathology andCancer. In his residency training at the VA Hospital Systems in Kansas City, He had the opportunity and privilege to give a series of lectures to his fellow Physicians on the systemic diseases and their manifestations in the mouth.

Unwilling to remain content with his post graduate surgical training, Dr Tony has successfully completed the extensive Maxi Course in Oral Implantology. He has successfully completed both basic and advanced trainings in the MDI. He has logged hundreds of CE hours in all aspects of conventional implants and MDI.

His extensive knowledge in the intricacies of removable oral prosthesis coupled to his oral surgery skills has made him an outstanding doctor in the Dental community. He belongs to several distinguished organizations including the American Dental Association (ADA), The New York Dental Association, The Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA), the American Association of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and the American Association of Implant Prosthodontics (AAIP).
